Xcyte Fitness provides mobile personal training, group classes, corporate wellness, youth fitness, rehabilitation support, online fitness programs, and mobile fitness franchise opportunities.

Bookings and Cancellations

Sessions and calls are booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can.

Health and Safety

Exercise carries inherent risk. By taking part in any Xcyte Fitness session you confirm that you are medically fit to do so and have disclosed any condition, injury or medication that may affect your ability to train safely. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.

SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile number to Xcyte Fitness, you consent to receive text messages regarding your sessions, appointments, enquiries and services, including confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, scheduling changes, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us, typically 2 to 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages after that. To resubscribe, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Xcyte Fitness.
