Training & Franchise Support

The Xcyte Fitness franchise system provides structured operational training and ongoing guidance as set forth in Item 11 of our 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document.

Prior to opening your mobile unit, the franchisor provides up to seven days of intensive instruction for the operating franchisee (or managing owner) and one additional designated managerial employee.

Brand compliance, client waiver policies, customer relationship management, scheduling workflow, operating manuals, and basic business administration.

Component B

Practical Field Operations

Hands-on mobile gym deployment, safe rack unlatching, equipment sanitization, vehicle driving ergonomics, client arrival protocols, and outdoor session pacing.

Component C

POS & Technology Setup

Configuration of point-of-sale hardware ($500–$2,000 FDD Item 7 estimate), recurring billing setup, metric reporting, and communication tools.

* Franchisee is responsible for travel, lodging, and living expenses for attendees (Item 7 travel estimate: $2,000–$5,000).

Vehicle & Build-Out Guidance

The franchisor furnishes detailed layout diagrams, vendor specifications, and interior shelving blueprints ($39,000–$45,000 build-out range). We guide your upfitter on electrical routing, secure lock-pins for dumbbells, and professional exterior vinyl wrap standards.

Grand Opening Advertising Framework

The FDD specifies a $2,000–$10,000 initial grand opening marketing budget. We provide launch campaign templates, digital creative formats, local corporate outreach email templates, and event activation concepts to build initial awareness.

Scope of Ongoing Marketing Support

The franchisor manages the National Advertising Fund (2% of Gross Sales) for brand-wide promotional assets, trademark protection, and public relations. We do not provide a "done-for-you" outbound sales team or guarantee a minimum volume of consumer leads. Franchisees are required to invest at least 1% of Gross Sales into ongoing local territory promotion.
