Xcyte Fitness offer a wide range of specialize programs and services to its group fitness training classes by providing other sources of fitness such as Nutrition Education, Zumba, Yoga, Kickboxing, and Dance classes. We pride ourselves on making sure clients are treated like family, and having clients experience 1 on 1 training in a group setting.
Group fitness class that mix traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Exercises circuits of intensity cardio and aerobics to build strength and muscular endurance, while having a fun time. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels welcome.
A 4-week program for kids, families, and adults (15-30 participants per class) with a chef instructor, certified nutritionist, or dietitian educator that deliver a forty-five minutes to an hour workshop. One day a week, we teach how to prepare low cost healthy/ tasty meals, and snacks. Classes will be from interactive food demonstrations to hands on cooking lessons. Our experts make sure participants learn about healthy eating, shopping on a budget, cooking tips and modifying recipes they will enjoy.
Want to feel regenerated and relax? Our yoga classes are physical exercise based upon poses that promote improved control of the mind and body and enhance well-being.
Not your traditional yoga class. This vinyasa style class is combined with the beats of hip hop. This energized class is an experience that will have your community coming back for more.
A dancing fitness class that will have you not only have fun but burn 300 to 900 calories. This total body cardio and aerobic workout is a mixture of high and low intensity moves. Everyone will be grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, afro beats, merengue music, plus more. The classes will feel more like a dance party than a workout. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels welcome, ranging ages 8 years old and up.
Open to all speeds and fun people. Our active and healthy track club is for people who like to run, jog, walk, and improve their physical fitness. This consist of drills, stretching, track training with a professional coach, and core workouts. The club also include health education components, teaching members the importance of injury prevention through warming up, stretching, cooling down, staying hydrated, healthy food choices, and healthy habits.
A full body HIIT workout where you are verses yourself. Motivated by the sport of boxing, this class will consist of shadow boxing that target your entire body, build muscle strength and conditioning. Beginner, intermediate, and advance levels welcome.
This class focus on muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and safety to help you get and stay strong. This class is a great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on intense isolation exercises with free weights and resistance, ending the workouts with abs workouts. Weight room safety, warm-up/cool down procedures, lifting technique and safety for all lifts, major muscle identification, and individual goal setting are all important components in this class. Beginner, intermediate, and advance levels welcome.
