Our trainers are licensed or certified professionals who ensure the safety of participants regarding health and exercise level. All trainers are required to:

As an athletic and personal trainer for the past 7 years and comes from a huge fitness background. She’s an American sprinter and Pittsburgh native who graduated from The University of Pittsburgh where she studied communications and competed on the Women’s Track and field team. Recognized as an All-American athlete by the NCAA, winning conference titles and competing in both the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Trials representing the Unites States as an USATF athlete. Coaching and personal training became her natural progression specializing in speed and agility, weight loss and strength and conditioning. Her love for fitness is evident while taking pride on being a resource to others.
Is a professional basketball player with experience playing Mexico (LNBP), China (Beijing) & China (Shanghai). Prior to playing overseas, played basketball collegiately at Barry University & studied Criminology with a minor in pre-law. Being an athlete, personal fitness became a natural additional career path. He is a Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in athletic performance, fat-loss & movement functionality, training kids and adults. He’s always Xcyted to share fitness with everyone from a unique perspective!
Is a Zumba and Dance instructor with over 10 years of experience in instructional dance, choreography and show performances. She is certified in Zumba, as well as in Cycle/Spinning. In addition to teaching Zumba, she teaches children in ballet, jazz and other genres of dance/step. She also leads her sorority’s/chapter’s stroll and step team – Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Zeta Rho Omega Chapter. Karlene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership. She is high-spirited and loves to keep her classes unique, fun, and full of energy. Every class is like a PARTY!!!
Is a Zumba Instructor with over 9 years of experience. She has her certifications in Zumba, Zumba Step, and Zumba Toning. She is in the process of getting her Strong by Zumba license as well. She has a Masters Degree in Music Education and love to educate others. She is fun-loving and filled with positively. Ruthyie Zumba classes are very unique that will help you break sweat and get a great workout that you’ll never forget.
Yoga instructor/wellness advocate/philanthropist: the former ballerina drew to yoga 8 years ago. Her passion for healing, inspired her to share her practice worldwide with the intention of connecting people with the flow of their own breath and heart. Today Micha works with students in private/group session, athletic associations, schools, corporate gatherings and partners with local and international non-profit organizations. Her favorite quote is "We create a mindful society by creating a mindful self" Micha holds a BA in Liberal Arts- Minor in Business & International Relations from FIU and is RYT 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified from Synergy Yoga School. Micha is qualified in Hatha Vinyasa Multi Level, Prenatal, Restorative, Vinyasa for Injuries, Chair Yoga and Partner Yoga.
Is a registered dietitian nutritionist from Miami, FL with over 10 years of experience in the field of nutrition. She specializes in helping clients make obtainable long term changes using a variety of mediums, including cooking demonstrations, recipe modification and grocery store tours. She specializes in working with a variety of ages from infants to the aging population as well. Ashley has her bachelors of science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida State University. She loves to make education fun and hands on with an individual focus. We all know when it comes to fitness, Nutrition is Key.
